Highlights
Minimizes interruptions to the packaging process in
commercial environments. This makes it possible to pack large quantities
of products quickly and efficiently.
Small injections of air interrupt the degassing of
meat during the sealing phase. This ensures longer shelf-life and
prevents air bubbles and moisture in the packaging.
Detects vacuum and automatically stops the process when the pre-programmed vacuum percentage is reached.
Automatic maintenance notification when the specified number of cycles has been reached. Standard on all Henkelman machines.
On completion of a vacuum cycle, the automatic
lid switches sides and a new cycle is started. This reduces
physical strain on the operator. The addition of the
automatic lid also improves ergonomics, ensuring
optimum production output.
The high-performance Polar automatic series (optional) can
run up to 20 hours a day. Automation of the
lid opening and closing process saves
time and ensures continuous production speed.
The sturdy Polar double bell machine is made from
durable stainless steel. The perfect transition between the chambers and
the casing creates a solid unit that is also easy to
clean.
